meson is a build system focused on speed an ease of use, which
helps speeding up the software development. This patch adds meson
support along autotools.
The template files in the `build-aux` directory used in enums sources
and headers generation use the `{$name}-template.[ch]` pattern.
However, the examples in the official guide[0] and usually GNOME and
Freedesktop packages use the `{$name}.[ch].template` pattern.
Due to this, the name of the template files and build commands have
been changed.

This new interface allows modems to expose the list of available
connection profiles stored in the device and edit or delete them; as
long as the underlying device/protocol allows it.
Include the new SAR interface in the build so that gdbus-codegen
generates support for it in libmm-glib as well as proper documentation
in the API reference.
The autoconf macros AX_COMPILER_FLAGS_{CFLAGS|GIR|LDFLAGS} test
for compiler and linker support of various flags, and add the flags to
the generated output.
If the command-line option '--enable-compile-warnings' is specified to
'configure', a number of additional warning options is also added to the
output. This is the default.
This update requires the presence of the GNU autoconf-archive in the
system.
The rule with multiple targets means that for each of the target the command
specified is run; not that a single run of the command generates all the targets
specified.
So, generate the .c file with the command, and make the .h and the .xml files
a side-effect of the .c generation.
Build all targets, except for CLI tools (mmcli, uml290), with special
flags needed for collecting code coverage information when the build has
been configured with --enable-code-coverage.
Three new targets are available in the top build directory:
- `check-code-coverage' runs the test suite and generates a code
coverage report,
- `code-coverage-capture' generates a code coverage report from already
collected data, which can come in handy when one wants to see code
paths touched by a particular test,
- `code-coverage-clean' removes the collected coverage data and the
generated reports.
It's pointless to have libmm-common around, just merge it into libmm-glib and
make ModemManager depend on libmm-glib directly. At the end, the non-common
stuff in libmm-glib is really minimal.
