* dispatcher-daemon/NetworkManagerDispatcher.c, src/NetworkManager.c:
	  Open the pid file O_TRUNC, so if it already exists we truncate it to
	  zero length.  Also, be more verbose about warnings generated during
	  writing out the pid file.
