		- make and install nm-crash-logger

	* src/nm-logging.[ch]
	  	- New files; consolidate logging and crash handling

	* src/nm-crash-logger.c
	  src/gdb-cmd
		- Standalong crashlogger for NM, grab a backtrace
			using GDB

	* src/NetworkManager.[ch]
		- Remove signal handling and put it into nm-logging.c
