	* src/NetworkManagerSystem.h
		- Remove prototype for nm_system_device_setup_static_ip4_config(),
			no longer used

	* src/backends/NetworkManagerDebian.c
		- Remove some dead code (nm_system_device_setup_static_ip4_config) and
			unused variables
