Beniamino Galvani	ae8c7a8967	libnm-core: add NMSettingIPTunnel Add a generic NMSettingTunnel which describes properties of tunnels over IPv4 and IPv6 (GRE, SIT, IPIP, IPIP6, IP6GRE, etc.).
