No reason to, the other types are no less likely. Quite the contrary, if
the user specifies a GSM APN we're sure to use a DUN profile.

  $ nmcli c show bluetooth-1 |grep bluetooth.type
  bluetooth.type:                         panu
                                          ^^^^ not cool
