* libnm_glib/
		- Client library for applications using glib

	* configure.in
	  various Makefiles
		- Split NM_CFLAGS and NM_LIBS into separate variables
			like DBUS_*, HAL_* and GLIB_*

	* src/NetworkManager.c
	  src/NetworkManagerMain.h
		- (nm_schedule_status_signal_broadcast): at the earliest convenience,
			broadcast a status changed signal over DBUS from the main thread.
			Still unused anywhere for the moment.

	Patch from j@bootlab.org
	* panel_applet/NMWirelessAppletDbus.c
	  src/NetworkManagerDbus.c
		- Correct INT32->UINT32 mistmatch between NM and the panel applet
			for the "getMode" method call
