Jiří Klimeš 282b9df60d vpn: fix VPN plugin D-Bus errors
The errors were documented as org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.VPN.Error.*,
but the actual values were org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.VPN.Plugin.*

Also update the errors documentation.
