Dan Williams 899b8a40dc libnm-util: NM_SETTING_SECRET_FLAG_SYSTEM_OWNED -> NM_SETTING_SECRET_FLAG_NONE
Make it a bit clearer that this value is not actually a value that
can be used as a flag, since its 0x00.
