ocamlPackages.logs: Optional dependency on lwt and cmdliner
...
These are optional dependencies for the library. Making them optional is
useful to reduce the size of other packages.
By default, the dependencies are all provided and the output is
unchanged.

To keep this for the future we also strictDeps where possible, including for janePackages, topkg, oasis and ocamlbuild.
This makes some closures significantly smaller and makes cross compilation easier

meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.
