this can improve our test performances
nixos/tests: remove explicit memorySize <1024
1024MiB is now the default

nixos/keycloak: keycloak.database* -> keycloak.database.*
...
Move all database options to their own group / attribute. This makes
the configuration clearer and brings it in line with most other modern
modules.

treewide: simplify pkgs.stdenv.lib -> pkgs.lib
...
The library does not depend on stdenv, that `stdenv` exposes `lib` is
an artifact of the ancient origins of nixpkgs.
