The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.
By simply adding cp -r ./ $out to postInstall, you will find the previous
substitution does not work at all, this is documented in Nixpkgs manual,
that for substituteAll, "Environment variables that start with an uppercase
letter or an underscore are filtered out".

Keep only the version atribute in derivations, with the full version
string of the package. This will make it easier to write a script for
automatic updating of the packages using the update-source-version
command from common-updater-scripts.
