ff1a94e523 treewide: add meta.mainProgram to packages with a single binary 
The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.

33afbf39f6 treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs 
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

f0bdb5bd89 watson: fix build problem with click 8 
pythonPackages brings click 8. Unfortunately, watson is not ready to
consume this library yet. Fix by explicitly pulling in click 7 as
dependency. See these upstream discussions:

4a7f99d55d treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib; 
Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938

meta = with stdenv.lib;

is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.

This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

1e3559fe19 watson: 1.8.0 -> 1.9.0 
The src was switched to GitHub because PyPi does not contain all the
necessary test artefacts. Furthermore, a custom patch to support the
latest arrow version was added.

ef4442e827 Python: replace requests2 with requests tree-wide

The `requests2` attribute now throws an error informing that `requests`
