Electron 26 has a bug which causes the app to not display properly.
The fix for now is to revert back to 25, until 27 is released,
which fixes this issue.

Webcord has updated to electron 25, but that causes a segfault when launching webcord-vencord on wayland, so downgrade it for now.

vencord-web-extension was previously a part of webcord (to build
webcord-vencord). As we want to use this for Discord as well, move it to
a top-level package.

electron 22 had issues with requests being blocked after adding any extension. Does not occur on electron 24
