treewide: add meta.mainProgram to packages with a single binary
...
The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.

meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

OmegaT is a Computer-Assisted Translation tool written in Java.
This derivation doesn't build it from source, but rather downloads
a 'Cross-platform without JRE' zip file.
I took the liberty of shorting the upstream version naming of
"4.1.5 update 2 Beta" to a more concise "4.1.5.2".
