The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.
This was found while working on the Darwin stdenv rework. This change
allows rewrite-tbd to use the provided Makefile instead of depending on
cmake and pkg-config.
