`boot.initrd.systemd.emergencyAccess` expects passwd(5) formatted
strings, hence `singleLineStr` is too broad.
Use the same type as `users.users.*.hashedPassword` to ensure
consistency across all options where password hashes are used.
From `modules/config/users-groups.nix`:
