PHP unit tests are broken with SQLite >= 3.43 [1]. If I understand the discussion in the SQLite forums [2] on the issue correctly, the trigger for this should not be a problem with SQLite itself but the test itself (and thus using a current SQLite version shouldn't generally be a problem for actual PHP code).
