ARM: rmobile: Zap rmobile_sysinfo on Gen3

Since checkboard() is gone, rmobile_sysinfo is also pointless on Gen3.
Furthermore, nuke ad-hoc CONFIG_RCAR_BOARD_STRING which is also dead.
