vepxress64: disable CRC32 by default to prevent aborts

This change ensures CRC32 is disabled by default to maintain compatibility. Signed-off-by: Harrison Mutai <harrison.mutai@arm.com> Reviewed-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
