Aaron Wu	819ca38fa7	blackfin: Initialize the EMAC VLAN with proper default value EMAC_VLANx regs is not properly initiallized in u-boot, once it's overwrite in the kernel when DSA enabled, hot reset will lead to bringing up EMAC fail in u-boot. Peter Tyser	819833af39	Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asm This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
