9762a415c8 dm: zynq: Remove inline gpio functions 
These functions serve no useful purpose, and conflict with the generic API.
Drop them.

84515165da gpio: zynq: Add dummy gpio routines 
GPIO dummy routines are required for fdt build, may be removed
these dependencies once the u-boot fdt is fully optimized.
