4515992fc7 replace DIV_ROUND with DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST 
The Linux-compatible macro DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST is a bit more flexible
and safer than DIV_ROUND.

For example,
  foo = DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST(x, y++)
works expectedly, but
  foo = DIV_ROUND(x, y++)
does not. (y is incremented twice.)

55f7934d2b strmhz: Make hz unsigned to support greater than 2146 MHz clock 
For example, an input of 0x80000000 should print:

2147.484 instead of -2147.-483.

78acc472d9 Rename lib_generic/ to lib/ 
Now that the other architecture-specific lib directories have been
moved out of the top-level directory there's not much reason to have the
'_generic' suffix on the common lib directory.
