07011890a6 m68k: Remove common.h usage 
We can remove common.h from most cases of the code here, and only a few
places need an additional header instead.

a732f621bc m68k: Remove M54451EVB board 
This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM_MMC by the deadline.
Remove it.  As this is also the last in family remove the related
support as well.
