Simon Glass	efda8ab201	binman: Tidy up tests for pre-load entry type ... Drop the use of a numbered key file since numbering is just for the test devicetree files. Sort the tests according to the test-file numbers and rework the test-file numbers to eliminate duplicate numbers.
