8c103c33fb dm: dts: Convert driver model tags to use new schema 
Now that Linux has accepted these tags, move the device tree files in
U-Boot over to use them.

a443c8212c ARM: dts: i.MX6ULL: U-Boot specific dts for u-boot, dm-spl 
u-boot,dm-spl property is specific to U-Boot, so created one
for i.MX6ULL platforms.
