Sean Anderson b35df87ae5 mtd: Rename SPL_MTD_SUPPORT to SPL_MTD ...

Rename SPL_MTD_SUPPORT to SPL_MTD in order to match MTD. This allows using
CONFIG_IS_ENABLED to test for MTD support.
