Bin Meng cbb89ed026 configs: Remove CONFIG_SYS_USB_EHCI_MAX_ROOT_PORTS in all boards ...

Now that EHCD does not use CONFIG_SYS_USB_EHCI_MAX_ROOT_PORTS,
remove it in all boards' config files.
