761fa996e0 feat: add an ability to open submenus 
With this, users can set up keybinds to send `show-submenu` message to
uosc with menu ID to open just that.
Example: `script-message-to uosc show-submenu "Foo > Bar"`

377a5ef3c6 Allow creating empty folders 
So far it was not possible to create an empty folder that was then was
later filled up with commands (or folders).
Because of that the structure of input.conf had to be based around
the menu.
By creating empty folders with the `ignore` command, that requirement
has been loosened a bit.
Trimming whitespace from `command` was necessary to check for "ignore".

b0b5ceb85d Also allow '#menu:' as keyword instead of '#!' in input.conf 
Apparently lua patterns don't have syntax which does (#!|#menu:), so it is split with the if statement

755194352f Add persistency options 
This enables elements to always be visible in configured states.
For example, setting `timeline_persistency=paused,audio` will make timeline always visible when playback is paused, or when audio file is open.

Available states: paused, audio

Available options and their defaults:
```
timeline_persistency=
volume_persistency=
speed_persistency=
top_bar_persistency=
```

0539187748 Implement pause-indicator commands instead of short resume filtering 
Usage:

Set option `pause_indicator=manual`.

For flashing the indicator, add to bindings:

```
space  cycle pause; script-binding uosc/flash-pause-indicator
```

Or this for the static one:

```
space  cycle pause; script-binding uosc/decide-pause-indicator
```
