We need to make sure there's absolutely no doubt that you are NOT providing third level registration for other legal entities such as Emily.
This commit addresses this issue by making use of the human-readable nature of domain name records to clearly state that the nameservers in use are ONLY being used by Shel and NOT being used for third level registration for Emily.
If the TLD owners ever suspect that a third level domain, such as thisthirdlevelisownedbyshelandwasnotmadeavailabletoemily, was made available to another legal entity, such as Emily, they can simply review the DNS records and rest assured that this is certainly not the case.
