wifi/olpc-mesh: drop assert(companion) from get_autoconnect_allowed()

The comment is wrong. Since 6eaded9071 ('device: add
get_autoconnect_allowed() virtual function'), get_autoconnect_allowed()
is called before the device state is consulted.
