README: MANUAL MIGRATION: move "private" store to /nix/persist/private

Browse Source 
to migrate the data, first unmount `~/private` (`sane-private-lock`), then:
```sh
$ sudo mv /nix/persist/home/colin/private /nix/persist
$ switch
$ reboot
```
