current gnome.adwaita-icon-theme doesn't generate all icons when cross-compiled
this may be fixed in GNOME 45.
until then, HighContrast gets us *most* icons

this lets me treat sxmo as just some nice scripts which run atop an existing DE (sway), rather than the opposite
can share more code with my desktop/laptop
