net: e1000: annotate switch/case fallthrough
The E1000 driver uses an implicit switch/case fallthrough for sharing some code supporting different PHYs. Add our "fallthrough;" statement-like macro before the two labels in e1000_set_phy_type(), to avoid a warning when GCC's -Wimplicit-fallthrough warning option is enabled.
