tools: kwbimage.h: use linux/compiler_attributes.h

The attribute __packed was defined in the file
tools/kwbimage.h but this attribute is already
defined in linux/compiler_attributes.h. So we
include <linux/compiler_attributes.h.h> and
do not define __packed.
