dcdde2f99f Moved the jQuery script for handling Create Table action from 
js/db_operations.js to js/functions.js as this action is used on
multiple pages.

217968fb92 Noticed a bug in the dialog close buttons. The html was not destroyed 
after closing, so added a .remove() call everywhere.

dd1ec1c019 Fixed the issue with the content frame not refreshing after the 'Reload 
Database? Y/N' dialog.
When copying the database, the database is now switched with JS.
Create Table action still a work in progress

86558dfd96 Created a jQuery function PMA_confirm() which uses jQueryUI's dialogs to 
do the same task as confirm().  Still a work in progress, the function
may change.
Attached the dialog and Ajax handlers to 'Drop Database' action on
db_structure.php
